Due to the issue experienced on the Web Dashboard earlier in the day, a short-notice configuration change has been applied to both the server and dashboard in order to prevent further issues. Most customers would have experienced no degradation during the 120 second roll-out window.

Load times are currently stable though we are continuing to monitor before concluding that the issue is resolved.

Load times have remained stable so whilst we will continue to monitor, we now consider the issue closed. We apologise for any disruption caused and will be identifying follow-up actions to prevent a repeat.
